If you are in an ARM or a high interest rate mortgage, grab your paperwork and head to your Long Mortgage Consultant.  Do not wait for the Feds to lower another half a point or so.  It takes a bit to process your paper work and you want to have this done so that all it takes is a phone call and then you can lock!!!  This is really important!!  The opportunity to refinancing or buy that home you really wanted to buy in 2005 and could not afford could be possible now!    ~Rosey Koberlein, Chief Executive Officer,
